Thumbs up The X-Files Season 1 Box Set

Hi Again,

Just got the Region 2 version of the Season 1 X-Files DVD Box Set, and it is truly fantastic! Admittedly, most stores are charging £89-99, but if you go to MVC, then you can get it for just £79-50!

Seven discs, almost perfect picture quality (for a TV show that's now 7 years old), stereo sound, a fair whack of extras, and a generally good all-round treatment from 20th Century Fox!

One minor anomally, though: the title sequence for every single episode is full of grain, yet the episodes themselves are as clear as can be. Anyone care to hazard a guess?!

Looking forward to "Buffy: Season 1" next!!!
