Hi,
I recently had to reformat my hard drive and having reinstalled DVD Profiler i have been trying to download my online list for the last 2 weeks but everytime i try i get 2 error messages.
The first says - 'The online system generated an unrecognised error. Please try again later.'
I ok this and then get - 'There is no online collection available in your account.'
Is this just me or is there an problem on the site. I know i have stuff on there as i can see it when i go to the page, only around 430 discs but they're definately there!
Any ideas anyone? :lease:
