Has my old digibox died - Now looks like the LNB

My Panasonic DSB30 has been playing up of late in that it keeps displaying No signal received - but just on Sky One.... I can view 101 BBC1 and 107 Sky Mix.

When I spoke with Sky last week they talked me through cycling power on the LNB's and that fixed the problem for about a few days.

I've tried swapping the sat cable from the sky plus but thats makes no difference...

Is there anything else I can try or is it time to get a new box?

Sounds like the LNB mate.

Try channels 504 & 507. Waddya get? One? Both?

If it's a Cambridge LNB then I'd put money on it.

A new one's only a tenner or so.

If power cycling helps, you may need one of satcure's Panafix filters.
Cheaper than a new quad LNB.

Further to the previous post - I borrowed an friends old Pace receiver and after a couple of days i getting the no signal problem.

Upon further testing it seems that two of the three cables from the LNB are playing up and the Sky+ Box only has one decent signal too.

The LNB is a Select Skyware model. I'm assuming that this has died - so do I just get the same model again, or are there better products available?
