showing channels 101-200 only

Just got sky +,wow! its amazing, but i think i may well have messed up one of the settings as when i select 'all channels' and page down, the on screen listings finish at channel 200, the next page shows a screen message 'searching for listings' any ideas what i've done wrong?
I can still go to 'all channels' and type in a page number over 200 and it goes to it and displays it but unless i happen to know whats on, and when, this isn't much help!

Got Sky plus a couple of weeks ago.

Excellent piece of kit.

I too had a similar problem, but when it got to the film channels.

Seemed to sort itself out after that.

Sorry I couldn't be of much use, but it may just go away.

Could also try checking the phone connection. Don't think EPG is sent via phone-line, but it confimed my thoughts that I'd put a nail through my phone extension - no probs after a change of wire.

Go into interactive, and then statement (or similar)

The box then phone's Sky (freephone).

patience is required......The first time you go to the EPG it takes a little time to laod all the pages especially if your jumping a few days ahead, it will appear eventually (i.e. give it a couple of minutes!), after that it will be reasonably quick. "searching for listings" means just that, give it time......
