You go to servers and click on the favourites tab. Right click and select "add a server via ip address" you can then enter the address to find the server:) Click on the server address you have just put in and press connect.

:god: As I said above it's for VALVE games. Steam is Valves online service so naturally games from the likes of Activision will not work on it.
