Biamping and speaker connections

I have biamped my AVR 300, using channels 6 and 7 as my second set of amps.

After connecting the cables I and putting all of the components back in place, I realized that one of my speakers had the front connection to the bass and the rear connection to the treble, while the other speaker had the rear connection to the bass with the front connection to the treble. Since I have a subwoofer in my system is there any problem with this setup (my speakers are all set to large), or must I reconfigure the cables to one of my speakers?
