Box Office probs

Had Sky+ installed yesterday, 5th. Both last night and tongiht I can not acess the Box office movies. All I get is a message stating that there are no programs of this type.

45 mins on the phone to Sky, and they have acknowledged it as a problem that others have had, but can't find any faults.

I have had all sorts sent to the box, along with a software update, all to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions, is it widespread, or do I have to ring up and ask for a new box already.
