Armour Of God... Superb. Far superior to the R0 and the cut dubbed R1.

also what is BATTLEFIELD EARTH really like ?
Armour Of God features an English Dubbed track and the original Cantonese track. From your implication Duncan it sounds like you do not know what the film is like. It is one of the most famous Jackie Chan Pictures.

Went up town and purchased ARMOUR OF GOD this morning and have just watched it.
mmmmmmmmmm, mixed feelings from me im afraid. I really did enjoy it but it was for me very poorly made. Im a BIG fan of the JOHN WOO movies and own them all and was thinking that ARMOUR would be along the same lines but there was too much unfunny comedy and that was a shame. I think the problem was that the film was made in around 1988 ( i think ) and had not aged very well at all.
What is THE BLACK SHEEP AFFAIR like ? Are there any films like ARMOUR but made recently ? I own DRIVE and love this to bits, its probably my most watched DVD
