Considering buying this on region 1, is the film any good.Missed it at the theatre and there seems to be no sight of it on region 2 not even to rent.Ive heard good things about it but would like some views,is the region 1 disc a good buy.I generally like this genre.

if you like peckinpah flicks (wild bunch especially), you'll luv this. very bleak and violent, with a great transfer (the gun battle in the street after about 30 mins sounds fantastic!. i luvved it.
and the extras, while not especially packed full of them, are very intersting.
i say go for it!

Get it. Very much like a Peckinpah movie. The pre-credit sequence is great. Violent, bleak, James Cann- Can't say fairer.
