Is the AE700 ceiling-mountable

Hi All

Does anyone know whether the AE700 is ceiling mountable and if so, where to get a good cheap mount?

Cheers

Hi

I won one from Ebay, had the pj on the ceiling for little under 48 hours, then took it down.

Ebay

If you want one, you can buy it for £50 delivered? (the item is reserved at £57 + postage)

Let me know,

Chris

Keystone correction, nuff said.

But with an AE700, you should be able to lens shift the picture to the correct position.

See my post a bit further down the forum.

Yes, the angle was too great. It'd been fine if I was using a larger screen, as the throw would be longer. Also my screen is very low down due to being in the loft conversion (about 35cm from the ground).

Hi Chris,

Bit worrying as I am current getting a loft conversion with the aim of it being a cinema room. Could you tell me the height of your loft room and the size of screen you are using.

As i may need to rethink where the PJ is going to go.

Cheers

Hi, see my other post for more pics . . .

Again, since I can't find my tape measure, the room is about 7.5' high (in the peak) and the screen is 60".

Hope this helps . . .
