Please help. I need a hack for the Momitsu V880N ?

DISREGARD MY POST. I FOUND THE ANSWER. NO NEED FOR A HACK AS YOU CAN SELECT REGION 0.

I am looking for a multi region hack for the new Momitsu V880N.

I have searched this forum, and it returns only 1 hit with someone asking if the V880N and the Bravo DVD player have the same chipset (and therefore the same hack).

Update: I found a hack for the V880, and it is Down/Up/Down/Up/Right/Left on the remote. Maybe this will work for the V880N, we'll see next week when mine arrives.

cheers,
Leightos

Unhappy Momitsu V880n

I already have the new Momitsu dvd player and I can't get the
Down/Up/Down/Up/Right/Left trick to work.

Cheers

It works on my 880DX, but the only options available in the menu are macrovision disable and region select. My player was multi-region out of the box anyway, and as far as I know, macrovision only affects video, so if yours already plays R1 and R2 discs, you're not missing much.
