Or have a look in your DVD collection for a THX film. Star Wars films are THX films, if that helps. Go to the audio setup section of the DVD and highlight the THX logo. It gives you a fairly deep setup routine.
Personally I found that my personal settings were better than what I got with this but then I'm using a LCD TV, not a Plasma and so Blacks are a completely different ball game.
