GDS3000 manual?

Hi gurus one and all
Just a couple of brief questions to test the old grey matter for you.

Firstly:
I've just purchased a Grundig GDS3000 but it didn't come with a manual.
Any ideas where I might find a downloadable copy anywhere?

Secondly:
The box is set up with a FTV card for BBC and ITV in the north of England but I want to change it to London. I've looked in the services menu but can't find any option to change it. Is it possible?

Any help will be most appreciated, thanks.
