Hi every one , has anyone seen this yet, in or around london. it should be in some comet stores somewhere by now.

I saw it in Comet branch in Greenwich a few weeks ago. Search this forum for Greenwich or Sagem to see my comments.

ta very much, guess I wil have to wait till the autumn for a decent (with hdmi) 50" plasma after all

What about the Pioneer 504? That has HDMI and mighty fine it is too!

not for me, three things against it unfortunately

1. jerk'o'vision undocumented feature (i.e the picture does not flow) - big minus for me.

2. poor black level (although i could probably live with it)

3. noisey fan in addon box (although I can not confirm this as never heard the plasma in a quiet environment)

I do have to say. in the 504's defence, when watching DVD using hdmi, the set does remind me of the quality my projector (very solid image)

I'm pinning my hopes on series 7 Panny

another thing that winds me up about all plasmas, is there shiny screens. I guess i've been spoiled with my 3 year-old Tosh 46wh08 that has a matte finish ...so no reflections
