Grundig FTA box problem

Basically the MHEG has got very slow recently, takes 6 or 7 minutes to load the EMAP radio screens, refuses to load the backgrounds on teletext takes around 4 minutes, reminds me of my old nokia perhaps the MHEG engine has buggered up or something, tried unplugging it still no good, constantly freezes, remote also becoming respondeat so i am very tempted to return it and get a refund.

The MHEG was much faster before in purchased the box so i presume it's a fault developed over time so i believe i have the right to a refund.
