s-video or scart
got sky digibox setup as rgb scart but which is best to have it as s-video or rgb scart ?

RGB scart should be the first port of call.
If you then happy with the results stick with that method of connection but if you have a s-video cable handy give it a go to compare the two outputs and see which looks beat.
Doesn't matter what the specs say, use your own eyes
