Panasonic Freeview HDD recorder?

Just spotted this for sale at Techtronics for 280 quid. There's no mention of it on the Panasonic web site, and I've not seen it in any mags yet.

Anybody know more about it? Is it a HDD recorder with twin digital tuners (as the printed legend on the front of it implies, if you enlarge the pic) or is it a freeview box with a hard drive, like the Pace Twin? The distinction I'm trying to make is: can it record from external sources other than DTT?

More to the point, has anybody bought one yet and if so, what's it like?

I would imagine it will record from the digital tuner ONLY.

The extra hardware neccessary to encode an additional signal, such as an input from sky, dvd, etc would add great cost to the product.

i think soon one of these with a 7 day epg might make me cancel sky plus.

It looks like a more expensive version of the pace twin though.

What I'm really after is a DVD/HDD recorder with a digital tuner, but I doubt we'll see any of those for a while.

Rojo, this is what many of us are waiting for, the only simular product is the IDVCR and its not quite the same !
