does "21 pin connected" scart means rgb ?

Hi,
I want to buy a scart cable to connect my TV and DVD (both rgb capable). I would like to know if I have to search for a RGB label on the box of the cable or the label "21 pin connected" is enough to have a RGB-scart capable cable ?

A 'Fully wired' SCART cable will pass RGB - though an 'RGB only' cable will generally have thicker conductors and do a better job than RGB via a fully wired cable.

Do keep in mind an 'RGB only' cable has no Audio conductors - and its directional so when you install it follow the signal flow arrows.

Thank you, now I know more about rgb. I think I'll go for an audio-video-rgb fully wired cable.
