BD 650 HTPC Question

hi ppl, I have a barco data 650 connected to my HTPC as I find that by far the best source, anyway I notice that it looks a little blurred when looking at the desktop icons etc but if i open a window , my docs for example , then the visible desktop icons etc are far sharper, Movies look fine so its not really a problem, but I was just curious, there is some ghosting but not a lot, I also notice that if i move the window around the screen it has a "shifting" effect

on the desktop, is this just CRT or what ?
