Flexible Freeview receiver needed...

I wish to purchase a Freeview receiver with the ability to output simultaneously in two different formats, RGB for my TV and a lesser format for my DVD-R. A “twin-type” receiver would be just perfect, but only if it is flexible enough to work with my TV and DVD-R.

Your advice... please!

Cheap, yes, but I would much rather use a single box if at possible...

Do you mean that you want two tuners that will output at the same time, or just that you want to watch, say, BBC4 in RGB on the TV, and record it in s-video on the DVD recorder?

If it's the second, the Pioneer DBR-TF100 will do it.

Matt.

OIC....yeah Ive got the Pioneer running RGB out and composite out at the same time, no problem.

If you want a twin tunner at the moment you'd be better off with two boxes ....

Why not the Pace twin?

This has 2 tuners, therefore 2 outputs, pretty flexable & under £200.
