Home Cinema PC Power Buy from EPC

Home Cinema PCs are quickly becoming the next big thing in home cinema as they have many advantages over traditional components. The biggest one being a HCPC can replace nearly all of your home cinema components in one fell swoop but deliver outstanding video and audio quality rivalling the best home cinema components around. The biggest drawback though is HCPCs are difficult to put together and then use because you have to use a keyboard and a mouse to find your way around Windows. Not ideal in a living room environment.

This is where EPC solves the problem. We use a very easy to use menu driven front end that is controlled via a remote control. This makes using our HCPC as easy, if not easier to use than traditional home cinema components. On top of this all our products are packaged in aluminium brushed case so it will not look out of place in your living room and are virtually silent so they will not disturb your viewing pleasure with intrusive fan noise

For this powerbuy we are offering three of our products the Cinema I, the Cinema II and the Digital I to all AV Forum members

Cinema I:
Features progressive scan multi-region DVD playback, analogue TV tuner with S-Video input so you can scale and de-interlace external video sources, 80GB hard drive for storing your music collection on, coaxial digital output and a Ethernet port for broadband internet connectivity. For more info click here

Price £1,149 including VAT & FREE UK Mainland Delivery. This is £100 off our standard pricing.

Cinema II:
Features progressive scan multi-region DVD playback, Nebula digital TV tuner with hard disc recording that also lets you pause live TV, 120GB hard drive for storing your music collection on, coaxial digital output and a Ethernet port for broadband internet connectivity. For more info click here

Price £1,400 including VAT & FREE UK Mainland Delivery. This is £150 off our standard pricing.

Digital I:
Features progressive scan multi-region DVD playback, Sweetspot RGB capture card so you can scale and de-interlace external video sources (i.e. Cable/Sky), 120GB hard drive for storing your music collection on, coaxial digital output and a Ethernet port for broadband internet connectivity. For more info click here

Price £1,500 including VAT & FREE UK Mainland Delivery. This is £150 off our standard pricing.

All our products come with 1 year’s technical support and return to base warranty for complete peace of mind. Also all our products can be easily upgraded in the future say if you want a larger hard drive, wireless networking or a faster processor for HD-DVD playback, making them pretty much future-proofed.

If you have been thinking about jumping on the HCPC bandwagon but have been unsure about building a system yourself or the thought of using a system controlled by Windows has been putting you off then this is the ideal opportunity to get on.

If you have got any questions about the systems or this powerbuy then please reply to this thread. Also if you are interested in any of our other products then please contact us and we will offer all forum members preferential pricing.

OK some picture to whet your appetite:

First up this is the system home page which automatically loads on startup and gives easy access to all the different parts of the system.

The system can be used as a DVD jukebox by loading DVDs direct onto the hard drive. Very easy to select the film that you want to watch.

Settings menu that gives easy access to audio and visual settings and requires a pin number to get into it. This is also the only way to get into Windows as it locked out from the main interface, so the system can not be fiddled with.
