XP3200+ Motherboard

All,

I'm looking for a motherboard for an XP3200+. It needs the following:

The main one is SPDIF in and out (prefer optical but I don't know if they are available).
SATA with RAID

Any suggestions?

Search for DFI Lanparty or the cheaper Infinity NF2 Ultra. Both have very similar features from a computing point but the infiity is ~ £30 cheaper.
