Converting Video to DivX?

Guys,

I got a few videos encoded as DVD on my PC (Wedding Video, Honeymoon, Birthdays etc)

What is a good peice of software that can convert these to divx? I want to put them on the XBox for easy access.

Thanks in Advance
Stace

Have a look on www.dvdrhelp.com as well, loads of articles, reviews and guides on just about every type of video conversion...
