Hi..

Due to vendor screwups I have all the bits for my pc except the ram.. (which I doubt I will get til tuesday now!)

If I build the rest of the PC can I safely turn it on to check the motherboard is alive and that the fans kick in ? (and maybe get into the bios).

I expect it to error without the RAM but is it safe for me to turn it on without it ?

Thanks

Matt

Should be safe to turn it on but TBH, I'd wait till your ram arrives. You'll get nothing more than an error "beep" without memory - hardly reassuring.
