Good review Phil - any idea as to whether there will be a collectors edition release of this title as well (either R1 or R2) as they did with the Lion King?

Cheers.

Not sure what you mean my collectors edition for R1.
The Masterpiece Edition series of 2 disk SEs is the top range in R1 for all non Platinum releases. Sleeping Beauty was also a Masterpiece Edition in R1.

The other R1 Masterpiece Editions as 2 disk SEs in 2004 are Mary Poppins, Lilo & Stitch & Pocahontas (they had a flyer in side advertising them & trailers on the DVD saying coming in 2004).

Seen no news on Alice for R2 only one definitely coming to UK R2 is Mary Poppins coming later 2004, probably will tie into the new London musical coming in December.

I was hoping that they might do a Collectors Gift Set same as they did with the Lion King... here (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00008XEOI/qid=1076107953/sr=1-4/ref=sr_1_4/104-4579657-4533547?v=glance&s=dvd)
