Where can I get a wall mount for a Relisys LCD?

Due to my neighbours connections with the 'trade', he has been able to pick up a couply of Relisys RLT1720s for £250 a piece.

Needless to say that for that price, I snapped one up.

I am now looking for a wall mount for it.. I have seen a nice looking mount on the BTECH website:

But have no idea where to get one..

Does anyone know where I can get this item or something similar??

Thanks for the info.. Ordered a mount from Keene.

However, this morning I had a horrible thought.. The B-Tech mount boasts that it mounts the screen 20mm from the wall.

However, the connectors on the back, point outwards and you will need more than 20mm clearance to hang it on the wall once the Tuner is full of connections (i.e Component).

The only thing I can think of is to insert a 'spacer' between the mount and the TV (i.e on the back of the Screen) to give slightly more room.

Has anyone got any other suggestions?

As you can see my iiyama looks to be a rebadged Relisys, so I'mll be going down the 90 degree conector route too!!

Looking at the BTech BT7511, a spacer could work in one of two ways; a spacer on the back of the TV inself or a spacer on the wall between the wall mount and the wall itself.

Two concerns though. For the TV spacer you'll need to source 4 longer screws than those supplied, which might be difficult to find. If you use a wall spacer, you MUST find longer screws in order to secure the BTech wall mount to the wall and not the wall spacer (which should be larger than the mount).

Alternatively if you have plasterboard wall (like me) you could cut a shallow aperature to accommodate your cable connectors.

I've just measured the BTech mount from the wall to the TV and have 40mm clearance when not using any tilt, 20-25mm using full downward tilt at the bottom of the TV. Looking at the rear connection positions of the Relisys, you should have enough clearance.

Longer screws arn't going to be a problem, as they are simply going to be an M4 or M6 screw with a standard thread.

However, I am surprised about the 40mm clearence as I was quoted 20mm.

Saying that, I went for the model without the tilt (BT7510).. Perhaps I should have gone for the BT7511 instead.

However, I ordered one of each (one for me and one for my neighbour).. I might have a look at his first and see if the 'tilt' model gives extra clearence.

Chasing out an 'appature' in the plasterboard is a little extreme, so I think that either I will either get a 7511, or use a spacer instead.

With regards to the 90 degree connectors, I am not sure if it will help much.

The length of the 90 degree connector looks to be roughly the same as a phono on the end of a cable.

If you are using HQ cables with really thick cable (Which can't be bent) and sturdy photo connectors then yes.. But if you are using standard, cheap cables which have normal size phonos, then I don't think that it will free up much space.

I ended up buying a BT7510 and 7511 for £19.99 and £24.99 from Keene.

But today, B-Tech distributer in Wales offered them for £12.50 and £15.50 respectively, which is excellent value.
