Taxi 3 - Does it have English Subtitles?

Simple question, does the French release of Taxi 3 have english subtitles as it hasent been released anywhere else but France and its my brothers birthday in a week or 2 and he really wants to see it, description says French subtitles but are the English subs burned in to the picture?

french version has no english subs
but the korean version does have english subs and i think it was dts too

Thanks for letting me know, he doesnt have a Multi-Region player so the R3 version isnt any good.

I've got the "region 3" DTS version (got it from yesasia) and on the back it actually says it's region ALL. I haven't checked this (will do if you want) but as long as you can do NTSC you should be fine ;)

Yea I can do NTSC and was wondering whether Region 3 ment Region Free because on Asian silvers they put Region 3 but they dont have any region coding.

Only problem now is getting it in time for 27th Januray, where would get it here for next week.

the korean version was an official release not a silver really nice pic and sound too!
movietyme might be the quickest shipping option if its in stock

It didnt mean it was a silver, I just ment that some silvers have Region 3 but are Region Free.

Is there anyway you can check it mate, if you put in on a computer that will tell you if its Region Free, just dont want to buy it and then find it is region locked.

there is an enlarge back cover option the page and the back cover does state all regions ntsc, i would try and contact craig from movietyme on the forums here and see if he can confirm it/see if he has it in stock

I did check out amazon.jp and they have Taxi 3 listed as NTSC and Region 2 so either there is another release out there or the Korean release is Region Free.

Sorry mate...On further inspection, although the case says region ALL, the disc itself says region 3 and my PS2 refuses to play ball. DVDdecryptor also confirms it's region 3.

Amazon.jp must be listing a different Japanese version, hence the Region 2 NTSC...if this version has subtitles it looks like the one you'll have to go for.
