hi

i am looking to buy a personal mp3 player but cant afford to get an ipod - i just wondered if anyone knew of any decent ones with good sound and storage.

i don't really want to pay more than £100 for one. also i need one that will enable me to store at least 2 albums ripped at 192kbs because i want to avoid warbling mp3's.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

cheers :)

I think Dixons stock a small Philips MP3 player for under £100.

Not out until April and slightly over budget $249 = £136 but thought it might be of interest.

That'll be $249 = £200 to £250 I think you'll probably find when the time comes... sadly!

I use an Sony NWMS7 which are going for well under £100 but were expensive. They use ATRAC3 so the only down side is you have to convert mp3s or CDS to that first
