Hi all,

Does anyone know of any manufacturer who make electric screens which are exactly 84inches wide not including the black border? I have a bay window and the throw of the pj means that the viewing area has to be 7ft. Searched around and most are 84inches including black borders...I want 84 plus black borders.

Stewart Filmscreen wil custom make you a screen, and if it's like their fixed screens, it won't cost any extra (all their screens are hand made). Even so, you're probably looking at a couple of thousand pounds.

Also add Vutec to your list (distributed by Marata Vision in the UK).

All the (our :) ) screens are made to order anyway so you get the size you want.

Try either:

www.vutec.com (main US site, has most info)

or

www.vutec.co.uk (or email me at work for indepth info)

Cheers Retro,

I thought your place was a different site to the Vutec one. Doh!

Have you tried the link Gary? ;)

The sites being overhauled at the moment, lots to be done.

Yes I did - both of them.

Should be good when you've got pics and prices of all the screens up. :)

Gary.

Sadly no prices will be on the website, this is because we distribute to dealers only and they are down to the individual dealer.

We have got some new versions of the Lectric I/III and budget Elegante due in Q1/2 2004. A new profile frame for the VuEasy was released in Q4 2003.
