As a quick glance, and without knowing exactly how this board is set up, I would suggest that your account has been disabled because your email address on it is out of date or invalid. The account status has been changed to "email address needs updating", you probably need to update the email address and then verify it's valid before you can post again.
The thread isn't locked or anything so I doubt it's got anything to do with that.
