Excellent bit of kit.

Had one for several years, used it with a 10P/2 (biamping front speakers) and 10P/3 (centre and rears), and most excellent. Only sold it recently on account of upgrading to A32 multi channel with DV27A combo.

Sold the Arcam 10 DAVE on ebay for £600 on the nose, and there was a lot of interest in it.

If you're thinking of getting into DVD audio, or looking for 7:1 ouput, then it won't be appropriate, but that's about it from what i can think.

Performance is excellent, with music and films.

Regards upgradability, not certain about this, but it may be that this same DAVE board can be used in the newer FMJ/Diva Arcam amps if you ever change your amp. Can anyone else advise on this?

Was that for just the Alpha 10 with DAVE board fitted, or with a 10P3 too?

Cheers,
Liam

P.S. I agree with all you comments - I've been using my DAVE un-biamped (my speakers can't be biamped) with a 10P3 and it has been great. I'm not bothered about 7.1 (can't get any speakers behind the sofa), but it would have been nice to have had 6 channel input for DVD-A and component switching. Not essential, but nice.

That was just for the 10 integrated with DAVE fitted, nothing else.
