grandview problems

I have some probs with grandview screen from walter stewart.

Pulling the screen down is like a lottery as to wether or not it stays down and its seems to be getting worse.

Before probs it always stayed down first time.

Its under warranty I guess, bought from walter stewart last xmas.

Before contacting them I was wondering if anyone else has had similar probs.

Sounds like the latching/pawl mechanism. Not heard of anyone with such problems for any make.

Definitely warranty repair I'd suggest.
