Dv137 & Avr 350(new) Or Dv137 & Avp700 With P1000 (used)

I will be looking to purchase a DV137 & AVR350 shortley but i`ve been offered a 3 month old dv137 with a AVP700 with a P1000,having tested the 137 & 350 and been blown away with the performance shill I buy new or should I go for the second option

I had a similar option but all new and I went for the second 700/1000 option, much better.
