Strangely enough I'm aware of that having worked for a large Arcam dealer for several years, but that aside this was a £1,000+ blu ray player that couldn't / can't play certain movies, one that is so unfixable that there's an 'upgrade' program.
Yes, they
could deliver something that works and by works I mean basic functionality. I'm sure when it hits the bricks we'll see how it fares.
