It's not the "watts" that's the issue for bi-amping. It's the voltage gain of the linn power amp vs. the voltage gain of power amp stage in solo music. If the two aren't the same you can't do the biamping method. (I'm assuming the linn power amp is fixed gain.)
The gain of the power amps section of solo music is x37 (+31.36dB).
The reason is pretty straight forward: If the voltage gain structures of the two power amp sections are different, then the tweeters and woofers aren't being driven to the same relative level. So depending on which amp drives which speaker drivers, you'll end up with a very tinny sound or a very dull sound.
If the linn power amp does have the ability to adjust the gain to match solo, then it would be technically possible, but I have a feeling people in the know probably wouldn't recommend mixing different makes of power amps, at least not for bi-amping purposes.
