samsung htSamsung HT-XQ100 - 500 Watt 5.1 Designer Home Theatre Kit

Have got a problem with my samsung dvd system, seems like a disc has got stuck, when it comes on it has a blue circle appear with a blue line through it, similar to a no entry sign. Anyone have any answers or had this problem. Thanks ivan
