Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience of either the LX03 DVD Receiver on its own or with the matching blu-ray player? I gather it is the top model Pioneer do and as such does it offer any really special features or benefits?

Hi, I've got the LX03 DVD system. I've been very impressed as replacement for my old Denon DHT500SD. I find the sound loud enough although some of the options can be a bit confusing. I just wanted something that coped with HDMI and was of similar standard to the Denon.
The DVD picture seems good to me and the sound is excellent, especially when playing a True HD sound track from a BluRay (via PS3).

I could not find many reviews of this system but would recommend it myself.

I am also looking at the LX03, but waiting for my Local HiFi Shop to get the multi region remote to Region free it before purchase. There have been very few reviews for this that I could find, but it fits exactly my requirements and did sound and produce good quality pictuires when I test drove it in the shop.

The best price for the LX03 is the price I reserved it at 2 weeks ago of £489 from my local shop, but it has gone up to £519.
