Sony htsf-1300 crackling

The front right speaker on my htsf-1300 crackles quite regularly, and is most apparent when watching quieter things, such as the television,as it seems to be disguised when listening to music. How can i stop this? thanks in advance

Try swapping the L and R speakers to determine if this is an AMP or speaker issue.

One last thing. Try swapping the speakers but NOT the cables to determine if it is actually the cable/connectors that is at fault.
