Recommended Home Cinema System

Can anyone recommend a home cinema system that fits the following criteria:-

5.1 surround.
approx 1000w total rms
HDMI output to 40" 1080p LCD
upscaling to 1080p
a means of connecting to PS3 to play surround from console.
pillar speakers (not seperates or on daft stands).
All black modern design

I've looked through all items sold by Comet / Currys and can't find what I want without spending £700. There is a Panasonic system for approx £350 which seems to cover the above but surely there must be more than 1 choice?

The Panasonic system is

This is pretty much what I'm after but I've read that there may be connection issues with the surround through the PS3????
