Recommend me a 5.1 System

Hey guys

I've had the Sony HTSS1100 on order for 3 weeks now and Empire Direct keep telling me they're awaiting an order from Sony but i can get a refund if i wish so. However i asked Sony and they said that this item in now discontinued and i am unlikely to get it from anywhere.

Can anyone recommend me a 5.1 system for around the £200 mark, i can stretch my funds a little bit if it's really worth it.

I am looking for 2 optical inputs for my PS3 and V+Box and something that can play Dolby Digital and DTS. And if possible with a good warranty/guarantee as i am getting a free 3yr guarantee with ED.

Or is it worth waiting to see if ED can get me one for that price? i waited for 2 weeks and they said it could be another week - 2 weeks, 1 week has already passed so if it hasn't arrived by the end of next week then i will probably be canceling my order.
