The 903 has improved asthetics (which admittedly look sublime),a 1080p upscaler as opposed to the 902's 1080i scaler, also it has a built in ipod doc and an improved USB interface "USB ripping - copy music to a USB compatible MP3 player direct"
Plus it has improved connectivity: HDMI-input aswell as HDMI-output.

Hi Blacktrigger,

I have the HT902TB for about 7 months and I agree with Welsh Whirlwind as to what the differences are ............ But IMO I would not buy the 903 - because the differences would not warrant a price increase of £60 - £80 (a quick google search).

1080i vs 1080p - unless you will be watching movies on a large (42"+) screen or a projector then IMO there is no real difference (I have a 37" LG).

1 HDMI input - if your tv has multi HDMI inputs use them.

Ipod jack (30 pin) - Would like to know more about this - I can link my Ipod to my system via USB or input jack (3.5) but does not display song titles (will the 903 do this???).

USB ripping - can not do this with my 902 ........... but do you really need this if you have a computer????

Hope this helps
