5.1 surround for ps3 sky+ and pc

Looking for an all in one system to connect ps3, sky+ and a pc, but dont want to spend the earth.

any suggestions?

TV will be Pan 26LXD70 when i found one.

I did look at your post, but i really wanted hdmi and digital inputs - and from searching the web i couldnt be sure that yours has a HDMI input?

Rugby, the reason your not getting any replies is simple, this question has been posted a million times, and a simple search of this forum will produce abundant results. You also don't mention any sort of budget that you might have, which is an essential factor when suggesting a model.

But if I was you I'd take a look at the Sony HTSF1200/2000 models (Both are identical amps, only with asthetic differences). Both have threads on these forums here:

They've all the connectivity you need, plus the ability to play uncompressed LPCM (HD audio) over HDMI which your PS3 is able to output.

Budget wise i'm at about £200. The two were slightly over that.

Looking at Sony HT-DDW790 as i can use PS3 for dvd playback - any thoughts anyone.

From what I gather the 890 is a good solid performer and is quite revered on these forums, it has it's own massive thread HERE

The only downsides I can see is that the amp doesn't carry a 1080p compatible video output, but 1080i. But hey, just connect your PS3 directly to a 1080p TV and that's not a problem.
And lastly it won't handle uncompressed LPCM audio, which is a bit of a downer when your PS3's Blu-Ray player will convert HD audio into LPCM, and has the ability to send it over HDMI for superior sound reproduction.

Other than that this seems to be a pretty decent system.
