Setting up sytem...HELP!

I just wanted to check the best way of wiring up my shiny new AV kit.
What I want is 5.1 sound from it all.

This is what i have...
A Panasonic PZ70 (2 hdmi ports, but have 3-1 hdmi adaptor)
A Toshiba EP30 HD DVD
A PS3
A Freeview box
A Sony DAV IS10 surround sound system
(also have 3 optical cables and a 2-1 adaptor)

This is my best guess...
Sony > hdmi > TV ...so I get DVDs / TV with 5.1 sound
Tosh & PS3 > hdmi 3:1 convertor > TV
Tosh/PS3 > optical from each into 2:1 adaptor > Sony...so I get 5.1 sound from them
Freeview > scart > TV

Does this look right to you?

Re: Setting up sytem...HELP!

Use a digital coax for your freeview sound, think that will be all your ports on your davis10 used up then. I'm getting this set up soon and i plan on doing something similar:

TV > HDMI > DAV-IS10
TV > HDMI > PS3
PS3 > Digital optical > DAV-IS10
TV > HDMI > SKY BOX (or free sat, not decided yet)
SKY BOX > Digital coax > DAV-IS10

Yours is a simlar setup but i'm lucky enough to have 3 HDMI ports on the TV and built in DVB (IDTV), hence i have no need for the adapters.

Can anyone confirm or deny wether this will work for me?
