home cinema with 2 opitcal inputs?

Hi, im looking to buy a new all in one home cinema kit and would like to know if theres any that have 2 optical inputs?

the reason i would like 2 is that the toslink switches in my opinion are garbage and when i connect my xbox 360 and then switch to the ps3 it turns into a nightmare
my optical input on my samsung has given up the ghost with the constant switching of cables and thats why im asking for help in here

thanks in advance
tony

tvcables.co.uk @ £7.99:

kenable.co.uk @ £3.76:

they are all similar though, but both of those are a lot cheaper than the £14.99 that maplin want.

Re: home cinema with 2 opitcal inputs?

would one of these work if i bought a setup with only 1 optical

http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...switch&doy=7m2

if i linked that to the amp could i connect both my ps3 and 360 to it and just press the button to change the sound ?

sorry but im not very good with these things and i broke my optical socket on my last one with keep swapping cables

Re: home cinema with 2 opitcal inputs?

yeh,that would work,but really,the above options,are better i would say.
far cheaper for one,and for another, you dont need a added converter, just a switch.
