Recomend All-in-one systems with multiple inputs??

Hi there, firstly, i'm new here so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

On to my question, i've currently a 6 year old Pioneer all-in-one system, this i'm looking to replace next year. My requirements are as follows: -

1. multiple audio/video inputs (current model has two of each plus optical inputs)
2. scart out
3. learning remote

Budget would be roughly £300, what will this buy me?

Cheers for your help in advance,

Duncan
