Panasonic SA HT520 - rolling picture

Has anyone experienced the problem of a rolling picture on this machine? If so, how did you get it rectified. It is particularly prevalent when the picture is very light. It isn't our TV as our other Panasonic machine plays DVDs perfectly through it.

Hoping someone can help.
