Home cinema for around 300 quid

Hello

I'm looking to buy a home cinema for around 300 quid. My expectations are to have 1080p (maybe i) upscaling, playing divx files and have 4 tall speakers. If there is anything decent on the market could you please direct me so I can buy something and be happy with it. If I'm looking in wrong direction, the only main requirement in upscaling and price.

Been looking for one too, check these out.....

Sony HTSS1100/HTFS1100
Yamaha AV61
Sony DDW890
Denon DHT1356XP

these are what I have been looking at and I think I have decided on the Sony DDW890...but maybe with your budget there maybe the next class up of packages? Not an expert so cant answer the divx question, but check the specs and see what you think.

The Sony DDW890 is well worth the money for what you get.

They may be better ones out there but you could sped the extra cash on a DVD player , Recorder or something else.
