which 'all in one' home cinema-sub£300?

I am contemplating purchasing the Panasonic th37px70 TV and want to replace my faulty SC-HT900 home cinema system.I am also upgrading to Sky HD.
I want 1080P upscaling - but also i believe i need Optical to get 5.1 sound?
Can anyone advise as to what system to get sub £300

I GOT HIS ONE http://avforums.pgpartner.co.uk/sear...erid=38766003/
I HAVE PS3 AND SKY + CONNECTED BY OPTICAL AND BOTH SOUND GREAT. THERE IS ONLY ONE INPUT FOR OPTICAL SO YOU WILL NEED TO GET A OPTICAL SWITCHER, THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT £10.

Dixons have this system on there website but it isnt the K and it looks to be silver, anyone no if they are different models or can you just specify black when purchasing? Also Looking at buying the above and a th42px70cab and have been quoted around £1220 for the lot including delivery, anyone know of anywhere I can get this little lot cheaper?

Re: which 'all in one' home cinema-sub£300?

I have since done some further investigating and have come up with the Pana' TH-37PX70B + pedestal stand from 'Laskys' £660 delivered

Sony HT-SS1100 Tuner amp and floor speaker 800W - No DVD Player but has loads of connections including HDMI's and Optical - Bluetooth options etc £184 from Dixons on-line.

Samsung DVD HD870 with 1080P/I upgrade etc Amazon £48

Can anyone tell me if this is a good Combo?
