Panasonic SC-PT850 Audio Latency

I'm just looking at buying the Panasonic sc-pt850, looks superb and has great reviews.

However, i would like to know if anybody is aware of any latency between the Audio and the video,

I have heard of there being settings to counter this on other equipment, the last thing i want is to buy this super duper system and then realise all the lip syncs are out when watching DVD's.

I would also like to feed my Sky+ into the optical channel, which could have potential problems aswell.

Also, as an aside, does it come with a HDMI cable?

the panasonic comes with setting to counter any latency between the audio and video but im pleased to say i haven't needed to use them because i havent noticed such a problem with this system.

There is no HDMI cable supplied with the system, i think most systems are the same to cut costs.
good news is i have my sky+ connected via optical input and it all works without any problems

leezo i just got one of these today but it doesn't say anywhere on the box that it plays divx films could you please tell if it does or not, cos if it doesnt i dont want to open it up, i'll sell it instead

can anyone walk me through connecting a ps3 via hdmi and a 360 via component to the surround sound so i get full 5.1?/
