Samsung HTAS710 - any opinions ?

Not much info. out there about this system. I understand it is the Samsung 710 receiver (2 hdmi inputs/1 out - big appeal) paired with their matching 5.1 speakers.

Does anyone have one/had one and if so what are your thoughts.

I fancy pairing it wuith the Samasung HD870 DVD player.

As you might have guessed I have a Samsung LCD TV and want to keep it wife friendly with matching piano black accessories (my wife actually said how good the TV looked in the shiny black )

Seems I could get this outfit (HTAS710 & DVDHD870) for less than £300 - seems pretty good price to me.

I am hoping that the DVD player (870) will be able to be converted to MR.

Thanks in advance.....
